Gift Card Trading and eBaying
One of my friends wants something from Guess. Something very expensive and out of my price range for a present this holiday season. However, I’m trying to make up the difference by doing gift card swaps and buying discounted gift cards on eBay.
Already I’ve gotten a $25 gift card from eBay for $20–yes, that’s “just” $5, but that’s also a 20% discount–and I’m checking out sites like Cardavenue to swap some gift cards I’ve received that I’m unlikely to use (Outback Steak House and Barnes & Noble, for instance) for some Guess ones. Not a lot of luck yet–I was supposed to get some Best Buy gift cards to try to swap too, but that’s not panned out–but I’m hopeful.
Any readers out there have Guess gift cards they’d like to sell at a discounted rate, or trade for some others?
