		<description>One important thing is not to count on library internet for business and the like. There&#039;s always a chance that you won&#039;t be able to get a computer spot, that the network will be down, or that the library computer won&#039;t allow you to do some important part of your work.

Also, you have to save everything on a portable disk or online storage.

It&#039;s definitely a worthwhile option for those who aren&#039;t running blogs and such online.</description>
